Sarah is a 200hr Yoga Teacher accredited with Yoga Alliance International. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga for the body, mind, and spirit.
Soon after practicing yoga, Sarah noticed the effects that it had on energising her body, but calming her mind. Intrigued, she began to delve deeper into Yoga and took a course in The Philosophy of Yoga with the Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies before completing her training in Mindful Flow Yoga with Be-Yoga.
Sarah teaches classes in Worthing which include traditional Hatha and Vinyasa flow, but always with an emphasis on awareness of the breath and creating connection between the body and the mind. For more information on where to join a class, see Classes
Each class is 60 minutes and includes a gentle warm up, a flowing sequence of poses (asanas), stretches, and a final relaxation. Classes are suitable for all abilities and those who are new to yoga are more than welcome to attend.

I have been attending Sarah's yoga classes at the Heene Community Centre and really enjoy the classes. We have been working through a series of different postures and if there is any doubt about a pose, Sarah always explains the procedures very patiently and clearly. There is always beautiful meditative music in the background whilst we are working on our postures. Highly recommended. Eve
